Our terms apply to all bookings but in the case of the current times ( Coronavirus / lockdown ) if you made a booking before this happened or during and wish to move your date this will be done free of charge.


We do not offer refunds if you have decided to cancel your event or no longer want our services.


Refunds are only given if we need to cancel your booking . If your butler has to cancel your booking as a result of staff shortage then you will be entitled to a full refund of your deposit or given the chance to move to another date.

If you are trying to book in another date after having to reschedule but we have no availability, we will not be able to refund you. You will need to book in another date.
